The goal of Atlanta South Walk to Emmaus and Chrysalis is to renew the spiritual life of each participant through fellowship and the example of Christ's life and teachings. The movement is designed to strengthen local church members by enhancing the faith and understanding of each participant.

The Atlanta South Community covers a region south of Atlanta, GA, including but not limited to cities such as: Fairburn, Fayetteville, Griffin, McDonough, Newnan, Peachtree City, Pine Mountain, Sharpsburg, Stockbridge, and Tyrone.
